I was sending a package back to Amazon and had printed out the QR code but the gentleman at the counter was having difficulty scanning it. After trying many different options (while also helping other customers) he finally was able to get it to work and got me my receipt. I thanked him for his patience.

Always busy but shipping is handled smoothly. Wasn't sure how to handle a gift return and the clerk was very helpful. Even though there were 4 people in line ahead of me I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Can you ship large packages? YES Can you receive large packages?YES IF you want to RENT a mail box there? The FLINT MILLER RD location, has bad customer service alot and they do not answer the phone most times.

It is the employee's fault, cause no matter how many times I go in there they are not friendly and the answer is always the manager has to take care of the problem...but he is never there.
Im sure they have to keep some record considering everything has a tracking number and a log of some sort of what happens with the package in question. Hope this helps
