I've been having horrible performance problems for over a week now in the Lenoir City area. Today I can confirm that's it's complely down for me. I've restarted my gateway multiple times with no effect. The device itself says that I have an excellent 5 bar connection, but multiple devices cannot get to the Internet through it. As I said at the beginning of my reply, I've been having issues for a while now. I've dealt with support multiple times, mostly with frustrating little results. I believe that they are doing maintenance to a tower in my area and that they have been for weeks now. How long does this take t-mobile? I work in IT and unexplained downtime of this length of time like this in my department would be highly frowned upon, to the point where someone might lose their job over it. UPDATE : Working again now, but painfully slow still...roundabout 5 down and up. Next to unusable.
Woke up to my phone not working this morning .worked last night.spent 3 hours on phone with tech support with no help so went over to lenior city store the guy over there spent 2 hours with tech support 5 total hour with tech support an still left there no my phone still wasn't working.said restricted.never did get an answer l can tell right now don't like T Mobile
