Why is our mail not running on Saturday or Mondays. I live on hines valley rd lenoir city TN 37771. I am not getting mail but only a couple days a week and no one is picking up my out going mail.

This is the worst post office in the state of Tennessee. Never deliver packages saying unable to deliver, I'm always home they never even attempt to deliver. I guess it's time to call our congressman sense this is a federal government agency let's see if that gets anything done. Maybe ask that the postmaster be replaced after all the branch is only as good as its leadership.

My problem is with the mail delivery at Lenoir city .we have went a whole week with no delivery in our box which is on our porch as my husband and I are disabled..we have drs note on file to get our mail is to be took to porch..our medication was not even put in our box..this is very poor service

Why should i give a star? They dont do their job.I'm so tired of them saying there was no access to delivery location. It's a freaking driveway you have access to it. Almost all packages coming from them say this. I have had packages sent back because they don't want to deliver. That's honestly what it is.
