MacKenzie was our customer representative. I cannot put into words how outstandingly knowledgeable he was. His expertise was very apparent. No pressure sales. He got us the devices we were very interested in at a price the competitors offered. We actually switched carriers after a lengthy time due to poor customer service. Excellent experience! I highly recommend them!

I’ve personally had good experiences here but my grandmother came in with simple questions about her new phone (she’s not very good with her phone) and she was ignored and turned away. Keep in mind this was literally a question about her voicemail somehow getting deleted or something… not like it would take a lot of time to help this old lady… I helped her with it after work today on the phone. Got sent to representative to representative to representative. Took over an hour for them to reset her voicemail. If this is how y’all treat the elderly when they’re just confused and want help then shame on you!
