I hate your phone system. Why can't I call to verify that my order is ready? I don't want to drive clear over there & it 's not ready. You just go round and round on your system with no results.

Wow, sometimes the orders not ready when it should be, humm, I would take my question to the general manager I think his name is Tom but I can't be real sure. Ask why orders are not ready when there supposed to be, and why the difficulty in the phone system, it would help us all.

Ask them direct when in store! Walmart in Goshen, Indiana is doing the same thing!
