Are your drivers supposed to have their small children with them & running packages to the door? I just had my package delivered by a small child while his mom remained in the car.

Why do you even care? Did the child break your package? The mother probably couldn't get a sitter and had to work in order to care for her family. And here you are trying to figure out if you can put her job in jeopardy. I hope you didn't actually call

Wow. I work at the fulfillment center, I don't drive for Amazon but my guess would be no, and I would call customer service and make them aware. Were they in an Amazon van??
