I am a new resident at Barrington apts. I felt welcome from the time i picked up an application. Ive been here almost 2 months and all the ladies in the offie are nice . the maintenance men are helpful and if they cant do it they'll make sure it gets done. Alot of new guys and so far they have been courtesy and have completed their work but most important they dont leave their mess behind. Lol Its true because I've experienced that in the past from other maintenance men and people ive hired for a job.

8-22- 2022 In addition, I would like to welcome the new Property Manager, Terrell. He is extremely professional and displays a pleasant attitude even under pressure. His responses are timely and his efforts are pure. I appreciate all he's accomplished in such a short time. This community is getting better each day. Thanks Terrell! 😊 Greetings, I simply want to share my pleasurable experience on today. I came in the office to address several different issues, wasn't feeling my best, as I suffer from Lupus, and stress is a huge factor. Katie greeted me with a huge smile ,a upbeat friendly, but totally professional attitude. She listened carefully, never interrupted me, documented and addressed each issue individually and thoroughly. I appreciate such efforts as well as every effort taken to re face the property, my goudness theyve done so much in so little time, just as we were promised! I so look forward to the total transition of a safe and fun community. I see many negative comments and just 6 months ago I would have agreed, but since new management has stepped in , not only have I re signed , I highly recommend this place as a home if you're looking!
