I've been here 2 yrs first year wasn't bad but now I've got kids riding through my lot on minibikes and motor cycles got all of this on my cameras took this down to the office showed them I blocked off the walk way to the basket ball court behing me did the work out of my pocket last night had some guy sit on the fence and bent the crossbar which I have on camera

Don't live here ever, the manager don't do their jobs. The roads are bad. Very bad neighborhood. Over priced trailers that have non working appliances when you purchase from them. Terrible maintenance here also. They don't care at all about this park. Lots of bad stuff happens in here. And this summer the pool was shut down alot or over crowded with outsiders. They harrass daily, but do nothing else. It's pathetic.

I don't work or live at Metro Commons, I was delivering food for Uber Eats and I usually don't like to find addresses in mobile home parks but it was so easy at Metro Commons every thing is well marked and easy to find, very well organized and very clean and bright.

Not sure but you need to make sure you go through the park manager to buy a house I tried to go to a private owner we agreed on a price of 6 grand and then he turned around and races another four to $10,000 in a woman at the park was a little upset so you need to go see the park manager

I don't know how much you have to put down to buy. I can say credit shouldn't be to much of an issue. I'm currently renting with an option to buy. I was approved rather quickly (like a few days). My credit is not all that great. Poor actually .
