Update for January 1st 2022 My lot rent went up once again, as it has every year since I moved in, but this time it was $28 more. I own my home so all I'm paying is lot rent, which is a little over $600 and then you have to add the water bill to that. If you are on a fixed income and you're thinking of moving in here I would think twice because your rent will go up every year and your income will not. It is impossible to get a hold of corporate for an explanation. Management is wonderful, however they have their hands tied on a lot of things. The area here is perfect, the grounds are kept very well maintained, the streets are plowed very nicely in the winter. The only problem I have is the every year rent increase.

I am currently paying 565.00 a month n it goes up 15dollars every yr. That's just for lot rent,garbage and 15dollar pet fee.
Sadly yes we do check Credit Scores, mostly on Double-wides but depending on if it's being sold by a former resident or by the park most of the time former residents dont check Credit scores

They had me sign electronically and it did not work so they had to send it to my door. They also charge a extra 22bucks a month if you don't sign a lease. They didn't have the office open to sign a lease so they automatically started charging me extra for month to month. Watch your bill cause I'm sure I'm not the only one that has caught that so called glitch. You have to be on that cause otherwise they will get that 22bucks extra n I would not have known if I wasn't checking on the website myself. Hope this helps
