This place sucks, I've been waiting for a package for a week from them via Amazon. Amazon placef me on hold to contact them, and it's like a dog chading it's tail because DTW holding center have no clue as to where half of the packages are... Smh

That's not dtw1. Dtw1 is just a warehouse to ship to distribution centers. The site that transports the packages to you is DDT 2. That's where they load packages on the van to deliver to you.

When you call Amazon your not getting a wharehouse facilty. People that work in the supply chain dont correspond with the company customer service help line. And the place dont suck. Thank you.
