This question must have been back when it was Downtown Yoga, before Awakened Soul bought it and merged the studio and Shop. There is now someone there during shop hours, but we do offer after shop hours classes and events. Thought I would update this question for new viewers. 🙏
Yes, there is a daily schedule of yoga classes and massage and other events. But you won't usually see someone at the front desk during a class or massage. Best to look online or at the schedule posted on front door and go 15 minutes before the class or right after.
