This time of year is hit or miss. Staging area often spills over into parking spaces for dropped trailers this time of year. Even if they say yes how much parking may have not been communicated to the guard shack. 83 travel plaza is off the same exit on your right about 1 mile or so from es3 yard as you head down tword the yard. Its paid parking but an option.
They do have a staging area
I believe they allow you in the gate at 0600 hrs to stage. If you get there after receiving cuts off, you cannot enter gate. Must have an appt to deliver...but they can work you in if not on time.
I believe that is an option, check with the security check in attendants.
