No you have to be present with your son to have access to delta sky club since the reserve card is in your name.. And if I'm not mistaken that's only with one of the complimentary guess passes you receive from having the card.
I believe you need to be with. My buddy told me you can get your child a card under you as long as they are 13 years of age
