How come you do not make the Birthday cookie more often? Everyone has birthdays monthly. It would be nice if we could get them cookies. Problem is...we have to find other goodies instead of Crumble

While I can't speak for crumbl cookies specifically, cookies don't tend to ship well unless made for that purpose like mass produced, preservative stuffed brand name cookies. If you do want to try and send a cookie in the mail, however, anything with low fat and oil content would likely stay best longer in the mail. Things like chocolate chips and buttercream icings would drastically reduce the quality of the cookie over time just in a mailing package.
