My friend stole my dog @bout a week and a half ago what do I do does anyone know please help

I suggest you make a police report immediately

Call your local police Dept and file a report. If you've microchipped your dog it's much easier to prove. Start with calling and filing a report and the officer will be able to explain where to go from there.

I'm not sure exactly why you are asking this to the humane society... Call non emergency and file a police report.
