Does anyone know who can help with vet bills other than care credit and scratch pay? I'm in between paydays and my dog is in desperate need of vet care, but NOBODY is willing to help us unless we can pay in full at time of service.

My little Dog is having a hard time breathing and is in direr need to see a vet. My check seems to have been lost in the mail and no one will see her unless I can pay. Is there any help for Vet bills out there any other help for my pet please
