We've eaten there multiple times. My wife and I are celiac never had issues. Just make sure you let them know you're allergic. It's a Cameron Mitchell restaurant, they have separate area for cooking the food.
Because you have a sensitivity to gluten, I would recommend calling the restaurant to discuss your options.
I'm not celiac, but am intolerant and when I went there they made sure that my items were prepared in a separate pan so no cross contamination could occur. I would call to double check, but they made every effort confirm my needs.
