After you let Amazon know that you want to return your package if your package was sent by UPS you should be able to send it back that way but you have to get a label first and it will be one at the UPS waiting on you 1 if you let Amazon know that you want to return it 2 if it was sent by UPS hope that helps
Hi, if you have a printed return shipping label, you can drop the package at this location. If Amazon only sent you a code, you must visit the nearest UPS Store.
