Going through my PayPal account it reminded me that I gave them a LG TV, to repair in 2020, for a blank screen that I purchased in 2018. They told me that the TV couldn't be fixed and charged me, okay. About, not quite, 1 year later someone rented a movie on my Amazon account. After research with customer service, THAT was the TV registered with the account. So they told me my two year old TV couldn't be repaired only to have someone use it on my Amazon account that I had to block, that was my experience with them.

I had my TV at another company they couldn't fix called Ez TV Repair he came out and fixed my TV I would recommend him to everyone very nice and pleasant on a scale of 1-10 he gets 10 my TV 55 inch Hisense Roku it needed a new board

My TV went out right before football opening day. I started looking for a TV repair shop and it was a difficult task getting anyone to come to the city. I came across Ez TV Repair and they promptly got a service tech to come out and evaluated the problem with the television. The part that was needed was ordered immediately and it came back in a few days and was repaired the same day the part came in. Great service, very professional. I highly recommend Ez TV Repair.

You possibly have a backlight problem you hear sound but the screen is dark if you shine a light on the television you should see an image in the background if so you need backlight repair. I would need the TVs model number to give you a estimate
I would need to know what type of television as we only work on flat panel TVs now flat screens. Does the television still work or does the loose panel keep it from operating? I would need to know the model number of your television. And what area do you live, as we are in Detroit.
You have a backlight issue this is repairable but not under warranty warranties are only for one year
