Lines can be very long. I ordered and picked it up (walked past the line of folks waiting to sit down). Very good pizza but I like Jets pizza better (and no crazy line and it's cheaper).
They don't take reservations, but the wait is worth it!

They do not take reservations. However if you're getting a deep dish pizza, you can walk in and place your order ahead of time. This is because deep dish pizzas take about an hour to make.
