I'd start with InstaCare.
Obviously no one here is a medical professional and can not give out medical advice, but could only recommend what they would do if they were in the same situation. It never hurts to see what can be done at the Instacare but if it is hurting really bad than I would go straight to the ER.
Instacare can give some shots and take x rays. If sever then go to er.
