Why are Liberty Bensalem Cartridges tampered with. This is a hazard and a disgrace!!! 3rd time this month the box seal sliced open and looks like a lot of head space like it was used or a return!!! Is anyone else getting there p package tampered???

Yes i had 2 carts like that they were half full and 1 was a gram . They gave me a credit for both but they only gave me half back on the gram because they thought i smoked it and didnt like it . Oh well there are problems in every industry .

Yeah i got a disposable vape that had oil in it but didn't work and if the oil wasn't still in it I would of had problem returning it. But yeah thats not cool they need to do something.??
