Why are Liberty Bensalem Cartridges tampered with. This is a hazard and a disgrace!!! 3rd time this month the box seal sliced open and looks like a lot of head space like it was used or a return!!! Is anyone else getting there p package tampered???

Please take that disgusting blue cheese cartridge off the menu. What a waste full cartridge and I cant smoke it because it tastes like spiced perfume
