The workers are rude and wasted my time ! I specifically asked about the iPhone 14 pro and they told me it’d be a 30 minute wait to purchase the phone to find out the phone isn’t even available!! I expect to get the phone for free due to this wasting my time

I had the best experience ever here. First off, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away by a sales representative named Alec. He listened to what I wanted and helped me through the entire process of joining Verizon and getting a new phone basically for free! I’ve never had any other sales rep take the time to explain and show me all my different options like he did. He was also very personable! If you’re looking for a place that can assist you with your plan or phone needs, you’ve gotta go here! I recommend going during less busy hours as well. Ask for Alec!

No, you can go without one. However, it is quicker to make one, check in from your car and i've gone straight in. I made the appointment right before I left the house. Hope this helps.

No it's for wireless only . There is a Verizon FiOS store on Grant Ave at Roosevelt Blvd . I believe you can at that location 😁
