Mary I bought the Castaway in 2000 and I am the inventor of the Mazatlan sauce probably a year later. That being said I would be happy to ship some to you but I don't think it would hold well or even be the same after shipping. We actually prepare the sauce to order in the pan with the fish. It is a heavy cream reduction sauce.
I would call during non busy hour's. Try to make an arrangement with supervisor or anyone who can help. Paying for it up front possibly would be the best idea. I don't work at Castaway. I also don't happen to live there. I do go frequently to visit my mother who lives in Marathon. Good luck.
