You need to contact the tickets sales company or app you bought them through. Every app has its own policy.

If you ordered from Ticketmaster/Live Nation, check your account with them or they'll send you an email explaining how to receive a refund. Usually it's credited back to your credit/debit card.
I believe you need to contact the point of sale(whoever you bought the tickets through). Some companies are contacting customers anyways but if you want to speed it up you can contact them, you may have received an email if you registered an email address when you purchased them. Check inbox and junk box in your emails
