My previous review was all gold stars but I’m updating because after a year of seeking services here, I’m so disappointed in the decline of communication, the disregard for a clients preferred technician and changes that don’t feel like a benefit to anyone but the business. It was a good run but no more.

It is on the 6th floor of an elevator building in good repair. There are no steps to get into the building. I am not sure if the sugaring table is adjustable for ease of transfer. I know Natalie genuinely cares about accessibility, safety and comfort for her disabled clients, so I would suggest emailing directly for specifics. I'm sure she'd find a way to make things work. The business is EXTREMELY queer and trans friendly. There's no difference in price for different bodies, and all human bodies are welcome. Natalie's very good about checking in re: people's pronouns and personal preferences. I HIGHLY recommend it.

You must be at least 12. Under 16 must be accompanied by a parent. 17 we usually ask for a video chat with the parent/guardian and a signed letter of consent. We understand that having access to parent/guardian can be tricky and are open to that candid frank conversation.
