Avoid at all cost. Deceptive and fraudulent. They moved my appointment to a later time - and I was not able to cancel on ClassPass to get my money back as a result when I needed to reschedule. They were so easily and readily willing to wash their hands of a service I paid for without them offering that service. Terrible business and customer service.

I have been a client at Broome Street for many years. My first visit was as a model for a training class w their staff. I quickly took note of how on top of continuing education, and new products they are. The salon itself is absolutely stunning, extremely cleanly, and hospitable - offering libations, coffee and space to work, and entertain yourself whilst waiting your appointment or for color to set. All of the stylists are cutting edge and at will not disappoint on their consultstion. But if you seek the absolute BEST in the biz make your appointment with Salon owner Andrea or Josie! I also know these ladies are incredible women to work for and run an amazing business for their team! Winning accolades in the business and trade show accreditation around the country!

Miranda is a queen! I'm new to NYC and was on the hunt for a stylist. Boy did I luck out on my first try! I booked with Miranda for partial highlights, and she was kind enough to squeeze me in for a haircut as well. She is warm, fun, and incredibly talented! Broome Street is what salon dreams are made of - the space is light, airy, and not overly cramped like many salons in the city. The whole team made me feel welcome and pampered during my visit. 10/10!
