I walked in with my son for him to get dreads. The owner said the stylist would take him next. I told her we’re gonna go to pick up his phone so that I can contact him while he’s there getting his hair done. The stylist was finishing up someone’s hair so I told her we’d be 10 min and she said okay. We come back in 10 min and the owner is acting like she didn’t just have a whole conversation with me, give me the price, and make my app with the stylist for 10 min. The stylist just started someone’s hair and didn’t even acknowledge us. Extremely unprofessional. Just moved to the area so they lost a loyal customer and I’m happy I ended up going else where.

Not very welcoming. I was not made to feel like they would even attempt to work with my hair. My hair is damaged but not beyond repair. I felt brushed off. Thankfully, I found someone who was willing to put in the time and help my on my journey. I still wish House of Natural all the best and continued success.

I came into the salon the day before my son wanted to get his hair braided to find out if he needed an appointment: I was told yes he would need to make an appointment. We made an appointment for 12 noon the following day in which my son was on time for. He sat in that salon for 2 hours and 20 minutes before getting into the stylist chair. At no time in that 2 hour period did anyone come over to acknowledge him or apologize for the wait. When he finally gets into the chair they start to braid his hair and he was then taken out of the chair for someone else to sit down and get their hair done. So it was back to waiting. Finally someone else, not the person that started his hair takes him to finish the braids that ended up with a crooked part after the she asked another braider if it was straight. 4 hours and 25 minuets later for some braids that I could have done. If you know you don’t have the staff or space to service clients timely then don’t overbook or take walk ins ahead of appointments. Not a good customer experience.

They don't straighten hair at this salon.

Yes they cut hair. It's according to how much hair your talking about and if you want it cut into a style. Stop into the shop, they are very helpful

I am not the owner, rather a customer. The middle of my hair wasn't growing and she gave me the nutmeg oil and it's 10 times better in 5 weeks. Had dry, rash looking scalp around my forehead and that's gone as well.
