Am i still going to need to get camping/recreation pass after paying reservation fees? And do other vehicles need to get one ad well?

As long as the other vehicles fit in the camp site they don't have to pay for the site. They will need a rec pass. Unless they have a National Park Annual Pass. As ling as the NP pass is displayed on the dash they should be fine.
