Hi Alissa! With this location, we are limited on space for guests' personal items and because of this, guests will work with our case managers to receive items as needed. We also have several other facilities and sometimes move donations to other facilities (such as a large donation of men's clothing at this location may go to the Men's Shelter). We also share donations with community partners. It is against our policies for staff to ever take a donation intended for the guests.
They wash everything and put them In a room for family's to go through they just have to ask if they need something and they will find things they need
