Do they offer a dinner train?

I was the Master Machinist for the State of Utah, and Made all the Parts for the#75 1907 Baldwin Steam Locomotive, And reworked and Made all the Parts for the#618 Baldwin Steam Locomotive, and some for the Diesel Electrics they have running now. The#75 that was used in the movie a River Runs Thru it, was never put back together and the#618 was not kept up to meet the FRRA requirements sat outside rotten, but I'd indoors now. Sad but the setup have the Diesel Electric Locomotive running, and have nice events. Mark Lane
