Any "no kill" organizations can still euthanize up to 10% of their animals and legally be called "no kill". We feel that if we have to euthanize even one animal, we are not a "no kill'. We have not had to euthanize an adoptable dog for many years, but the number of feral (wild) cats we get in are our biggest issue to attain this status.
