I use a cane also my wife and I went to mercy me concert I don't know where your sitting you have to call them and tell them and they will tell you how many steps if any when we went there were no steps to are seats
Handicap entry..There's steps according to where you're seating.
There is a ramp next to front entrance to get in. Elevator to get to lower level seats
