That's actually a tough one at a buffet since it could have been a patron hair and they would have no way to control that. However, a courtesy free meal should have been offered. I am not a fan of this CiCi's.
Well the manager didn't do nothing he wouldn't even come and talk to me I was given $3 by one of the workers that just made me more upset so I will call corporate office
They shouldve offered refund or maybe coupon for a free buffet. And replaced salad. If manager did nothing id call corporate
Go talk to the general manager or store manager first. And if the store manager doesn't do anything about your issue, go call the corporate office. Lastly, they should have given you discount on your food.
