Came in with a nonfunctional wi-fi hot spot device. Nick and Zeke greeted me cheerfully, and Zeke immediately went to work on my device, fixing it in minutes. I brought my notebook computer in, confirmed it was working and left with internet connectivity. Kudos to these gentlemen, the service provided is the main reason that I've been with Verizon for so long.

Went to the store at 4 on a Sunday. Google listed them as open. Their store signage said they were open. Got there and am employee says they just closed and points to a hand made sign with them closing at 4 instead of the 5 pm listed on Google and the 6 pm listed on their door. Just try to be more consistent

I am not sure that they buy back older devices , but I do know you can trade a device in toward the initial cost of a new device

Your phone may be on fire; check your WiFi connection or data plan. Bring it into the store and a representative will gladly help you.
Probably not. They might swap out the Sim or maybe try a factory reset .
