I love Starbucks and have been brand loyal for many years. However this store is starting to undo that for me. I'll first start off saying the staff are all always friendly and working their butts off. But this store as a whole is kind of a failure. The drive through is always all ridiculously long. So you try going inside to order or even mobile order and the wait times are ridiculous. We found you can make it through the long drive thru faster than ordering inside when they are busy. But my even bigger gripe is never having enough stock. I get not ordering to waste. But it's like every time you go there they're out of at least something you want and just always here ohh the truck didn't show up or something similar. It's really hard to in the food service business without having the items you sell consistently. Maybe in their defense this one store takes too much of a beating, I don't know. But I guess there either needs to be a second store or this one go rogue to a full size actual store that can handle the volume and inventory needs of the area. It seems to me the store isn't big enough to work the volume of business efficiently. Especially after their last remodel which downsized the store significantly. Might be time to scrap the strip mall store front style and go full stand alone store.

This place is Absolutely rediculious!!!!! They totally cut the inside into about a third of its size, NO BATHROOMS. R u kidding???? They don't even acknowledge a regular "walk in" custome, they only favor people who use the mobile app. I'm sooo done with u Starbucks.

I had went here twice and loved what I got but the last couple times I went it just tasted watered down. So today I was going to try something new and Alana suggested a Vanilla Cold Brew with brown sugar and a splash of cream and let me tell you it was amazing❤️ thank you so much chick was soooo yummy 👍

This location is the absolute WORST. They always hang a sign that says the registers are down. They aren’t. There is a sign on the corner of the building that says to order ahead on the app and pick up inside, but mobile orders are turned off for the location in the app. It’s garbage. 100% garbage.
