Just left the store. I had an order ready and they’re supposed to be open until 8 but the doors were locked :( I even made eye contact with the clerk.👎🏻

Liked it but would like to see a larger selection. They also could use a better different register system. Was told (& also experienced first hand at my visit) that every time it rains the system goes down.

I have no idea.I was disappointed in the store on Wednesday.FF does not take checks,which is the same as cash.The clerk was kind enough to hold the shoes until the next day.The follow ing day,l got in line and the person in front of me was buying shoes,and a clerk loudly stated her address and phone number,which I was told the day before is why they don't accept checks, because the clerks have to ask for information like that,which I looked puzzle d.Thats a bunch of bull, because the same question s were asked of the woman in front of me.Shr turned around and looked at me as if I was writing information down.The clerk should have never spoke that loudly.Than,I had to return to the store because she charged me the wrong price and not the sale price,so I had to return to the store.I doubt that they dye shoes.They may do it at the red wing store in Bucyrus,but I don't know.
People are only human they may have forgot to flip the sign over to close. Merry Christmas
