Furniture was made with cheap material and should've been able to withstand at least a little wear and tear. One of the 2 couches I bought not a year and a half ago is already torn in multiple places on the top. Customer service refused to help me or replace it (even with a purchased warranty). Plus, the recliner broke and had to be nailed back into place to sit in by my husband. Just beware that you'll more than likely get what you pay for here when purchasing furniture!

I love this Big Lots. Clean and organized. Friendly nice staff. Pretty home decorations, fair prices, LOVE their holiday items. Halloween, Valentine's, Christmas, 4th of July. They always have awesome holiday items in my opinion. Will keep shopping at this location for sure!
