Inside the LB movie is offered in Eight languages. There are also written guides in many languages at the visitor center and at other buildings through out the park. West wing which houses the 1st Declaration of Independence to be read to the Public, the ink stand used for signing and other rare documents offers exhibit text in many languages. Please on the nps.gov website for current offerings.

Yes. At the Liberty Bell, there is Spanish audio on the outside of the building, where you can see the bell through the window, there are language buttons. Inside, I don't know why me and my teammates don't go inside.
