I was just on boards last week and they made an announcement that no dogs were allowed on boardwalk. But I have to be honest, I do see people with dogs there.

No dogs are allowed. They have announcements playing over the loud speakers and signs posted. The Police Officers were around and the only dog I saw on the boardwalk was a service animal.
No. I've seen people have small ones in a stroller type thing. But you won't get away with one on a leash for very long.
