What happened to this store?!! First of all there is zero customer service. There were 4 employees in the store. A young woman was at the front of the store vacuuming and oblivious to customers. A short time later a young man was vacuuming in the back of the store and stood with the vacuum right in front of a customer who was looking at merchandise on a rack. The customer eventually apologized for being in his way and left the store. There were 2 women at the cash wrap area engaged in a loud personal conversation and completely ignoring the customers. The racks are overcrowded and the merchandise is cheap. After years of loving this store I’ll never be back .

Not the same anymore. I was happy to hear they were going to reopen it after saying they were closing out of the blue. However, new ownership ain't the same. They dont honor the old rewards program. Don't know how much money in rewards i had but they wouldn't honor it. While it looked the same inside, not all of the brands i like are there anymore. Really disappointing. Wouldn't be upset if i didn't go there again. Big ugh.

New owners do not honor dollars earned on the B&B loyalty cards over years of shopping there. Store has same name, logo, building, and customers, but new lower quality merchandise made in China or India, not the unique, quality brand names from previous years. Pricetag gimmick is a high price on each item ...scratched out with a slightly less high price written in. Fitting rooms were open. Not a wide variety of merchandise, racks and racks of same juniors sun dresses.

Awful place to shop for Christmas I received a jacket that cost 29.00 had receipt and tags however the jacket was on sale if you call it that for $10 cheaper and it was too small so like anyone would do I went to return it they didn’t have a size up so I asked for store credit they couldn’t even do that I was even willing to pay the $10 extra just to get store credit I mean for real!! Change your policies please !!!
