Returning from New Jersey where should I drive? There are two lanes one says a-pazz and cash, the other says nothing. I have the a-pazz. If it happens because it says nothing, do I have a problem?

That is considered the Express lane, if you have the EZ PASS. You have no problem and if you do not have the highway department, it sends you a fine for the cost of the toll, and sometimes additional costs such as not using the correct toll lane.
