Everything is cooked from scratch. The chef on duty can help you with that and you can probably recieve a special order because of your allergy. I usually eat the aged ribeye but it has mushrooms on it. The chef makes me the ribeye with the old recipe so that im able to enjoy myself. Im sure they can accommodate you as well
They use peanut oil in their fryer but the vast majority of the menu can be done but free. Just let your server know. The chef’s wife and youngest son both have but allergies so they are have no problems accommodating that request.
