Red line Montrose or Twinbrook
TWINBROOK or WHITE FLINT metro stations are both within walking distance or by bus (Ride On Bus 46) @ Twinbrook- 46 to Medical Center/ @ White Flint- 46 to MCCC-Rockville-- Bus cost $2
Red line, white flint stop; then you would have to walk to MC. The twinbrook stop is a bit closer though, however you still would have to walk. I am sure there is buses that you could take freon the metro to MC.
