Thanks. I both called and texted them with this question. They wouldn't commit to performing the service I requested, saying they had to "evaluate" the watch & parts once they received it. I've heard stories about them refusing to perform requests like mine and making customers purchase high- dollar items like a new bracelet.
Yes. I'd call first. You might want to have a jeweler send it insured. And be prepared to be without it for a while. I was told eight weeks due to a backlog of repair work.
