Beware of the trustworthiness of the service department. I've had decent service at this location in the past, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1, but recent inconsistent service such as recommending an expensive repair for the exact same repair done only a year prior has led to a loss of trust (which means the prior repair was either not done properly or the current finding wasn't true - either scenario is troubling). I'm sure it comes down to the competence of the specific mechanic working on the vehicle. Going elsewhere for future service. Even though it took a bit longer than I expected to get my 2021 A6 fixed, I'm very satisfied with the overal services I received from Audi of Dallas. Great experience, good customer service, and respect. Talk to your service adviser and they will hook you up when necessary.
