They are constantly inept and don’t register tracking properly. Just this week they left a package in front of my mailbox in an apartment complex that has restricted access doors. My buzzer works and I was home at the time. I called to issue a complaint to the annex. It is clear that they are not passing them along. Then a two day priority package which was delayed was listed today as “Out for delivery” on a Saturday. Then by noon was listed as being delivered the following Monday. Then around 3:30 was said to be delivered. It was not at my door or even in front of my mailbox. I had to wait over a half hour on the phone to hear that it was listed as undeliverable on their end. It was returned to the annex (or so I was told) by the rep. So now my two day priority package is going to perhaps be delivered in six days. I have a formal complaint issued, but I doubt I’m the first person to do so and be ignored and disrespected. Too many reviews come say the same about the service here.
