I tried to return a sealed package of batting and was refused. They have a no return policy which baffles me in some respects. I can understand not wanting to take fabric back that’s been cut off the bolt but a sealed package of batting? Very disappointed.

Hello, Thanks for asking! We have our Covid policies posted on our website and on our front door...everyone is required to wear a mask, social distancing is encouraged and have moved things around for more space, we prefer credit cards over cash, no food or beverages, we have hand sanitizer throughout the store and throughout the day clean main areas.
