i want to get my drivers license privillages back ,i know i probably have several fines that need to be paid, how do i set up a payment plan so i can get a license

I had to go through a place called the drivers license Restitution Program.. You get your driving privileges back right away just make those monthly payments

I would check with the Polk County Clerk of Court/Traffic Division. It would be a good idea to go to The Polk County Justice Center right across the street from the original Polk County Courthouse, and they can help you figure out what exactly you owe!
